5am – rise and shine!
5.10am – running/walking/star jumping/crunches/drinking water
6.00am – Pack lunch and have Breakfast
6.30am – Shower and ready for work
7.00am – leave for work, stop at k-mart to get some tubs (organising wardrobe)
8.15am – Open office and work
5.15pm – leave work head to gym
6.30pm – head home
7pm – dinner, re-pack gym bag, socialise with family, do a load of washing, watch some tv, complete my food journal.
8.30pm – tidy bedroom and utalise tubs
9pm – go to bed
