I have decided that the best way for me to achieve my goals is to break my huge goal down into smaller goals. For each of these smaller goals I have created Challenges that will help me meet those goals. It is easy to get bogged down in the preparation stages and use ‘not being ready’ as an excuse to start ‘tomorrow’. For this reason I am building my challenges as I go and making changes when a goal is too big, or too small.
